ALIADA Open Workshop: on-site edition in Spain and Hungary was successfully completed on September 24

The first ALIADA Open Workshop was hosted in parallel by Tecnalia-Scanbit (Bilbao, Spain) and the Museum of Fine Arts Budapest (Hungary) on the 24th of September.

Nearly 50 people performed the test with the support of the Consortium partners and learned how ALIADA helps libraries and museums to easily publish their metadata as Linked Data.

Conference about semantic web in Spanish libraries and museums

The National Library of Spain (in collaboration with the Ramón Areces Foundation) will organize the 1-day-conference 'Semantic Web in libraries, archives and museums' on 10 April.

The goal of this conference is to provide an overview about the semantic web and Linked Open Data in the heritage institutions and organizations to discover what benefits can those technologies bring and how to start working with them
